Liderazgo directivo en clima institucional: una revisión sistemática

Abstract
Este artículo de revisión de información teórica tiene por finalidad realizar la exploración, investigación de artículos referentes a las variables de Liderazgo directivo y clima institucional, para describir la relación entre estas variables. El Liderazgo directivo permite orientar a los maestros, favoreciendo el buen clima institucional para la mejora de los aprendizajes y obtener las metas institucionales, poniendo especial interés en la promoción de un buen clima al interior de la organización. En la recolección de información se emplearon palabras clave como Liderazgo directivo, clima institucional y como se relacionan. Se recopilaron artículos de diversas revistas indexadas y tesis, así como también bases teóricas de autores como apoyo de la revisión bibliográfica reconociendo la relación del Liderazgo directivo, clima institucional. Finalmente, es posible concluir que existe una relación importante con respecto a Liderazgo directivo y clima institucional, basados en las conclusiones de los artículos revisados, la mayoría coincide en una relación significativa de las variables propuestas en sus distintas dimensiones.
This theoretical information review article aims to explore and investigate articles referring to the variables of managerial leadership and institutional climate, to describe the relationship between these variables. Directive Leadership allows teachers to be guided, favoring a good institutional climate to improve learning and achieve institutional goals, placing special interest in promoting a good climate within the organization. Key words such as management leadership, institutional climate and how they are related were used in the collection of information. Articles from various indexed journals and theses were collected, as well as theoretical bases of authors to support the bibliographic review, recognizing the relationship between managerial leadership and institutional climate. Finally, it is possible to conclude that there is an important relationship with respect to managerial leadership and institutional climate, based on the conclusions of the reviewed articles, the majority agree on a significant relationship of the proposed variables in their different dimensions.
