Cultura de paz desde la gestión pedagógica en instituciones educativas de secundaria de lima metropolitana

Abstract
La promoción del pacifismo y la cooperación se ha convertido en una cuestión esencial en los centros escolares actuales, en lo cual la gestión pedagógica juega un papel transcendental. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo interpretar la cultura de paz en el contexto de la gestión pedagógica en el fomento de un ambiente de no violencia, en instituciones educativas de secundaria de Lima Metropolitana, en Perú. Se utiliza un enfoque cualitativo fenomenológico, en el que se realizaron cuatro entrevistas grabadas y semiestructuradas a especialistas en gestión educativa, en el año 2023. Los expertos destacaron que una cultura de paz en las escuelas requiere promover valores como la tolerancia, el respeto a los derechos humanos, la justicia, la solidaridad y el diálogo. Además, que esto implica implementar estrategias curriculares y pedagógicas como la resolución pacífica de conflictos, las metodologías didácticas activas que fomenten la participación, la reflexión crítica y el trabajo colaborativo entre los alumnos; así como el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico. Se concluye que para la construcción de una cultura de paz la gestión pedagógica es clave cuando se abordan estrategias educativas enfocadas en valores, comunicación efectiva, resolución de conflictos e involucramiento de las familias.
The promotion of pacifism and cooperation has become an essential issue in current schools, in which pedagogical management plays a transcendental role. The objective of this research is to interpret the culture of peace in the context of pedagogical management in promoting an environment of non-violence, in secondary educational institutions of Metropolitan Lima, in Peru. A qualitative phenomenological approach is used, in which four recorded and semistructured interviews were carried out with specialists in educational management, in the year 2023. The experts highlighted that a culture of peace in schools requires promoting values such as tolerance, respect for human rights, justice, solidarity and dialogue. Furthermore, this implies implementing curricular and pedagogical strategies such as peaceful conflict resolution, active teaching methodologies that encourage participation, critical reflection and collaborative work among students; as well as the development of critical thinking. It is concluded that for the construction of a culture of peace, pedagogical management is key when addressing educational strategies focused on values, effective communication, conflict resolution and family involvement.
