Abstract

It was a basic study with a phenomenological design and a qualitative-descriptive approach, in which semi-structured interviews were conducted with six teachers. The results reveal the need to implement strategies that ensure students have technological infrastructure outside the educational center, as well as the continuous training of teachers in designing digital resources and effective pedagogical methodologies for this mode of study, as well as in the use of digital platforms and tools. The importance of optimizing the management of academic resources and fostering interaction with students is also highlighted. Addressing these challenges will maximize the benefits offered by this educational modality, such as flexibility and constant communication.
