Abstract
El presente estudio analiza el lugar que ocupan los hijos en la familia y su influencia en el liderazgo, si lo tienen. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo - comparativo con alumnos de 2do y 5to año de la Carrera de Psicología de la Universidad Mayor de San Andrés. Con cuestionarios se detectó quiénes son líderes en sus cursos y con preguntas personales se indagó acerca de los roles que desempeñan en sus familias y cómo influyen éstos en su liderazgo.
The present study analyzes the place children occupy in the family and its influence on the leadership, if they have it. Is make a study descriptive-comparative with students of 2nd and 5th year of the career of psychology of the University of San Andres. With questionnaires, we can detect who are leaders in their courses and with questions personal we investigate about those roles that play in their families and how they influence in its leadership.
