Abstract
La cultura digital emergente es un constructo en la sociedad de la nueva normalidad, la pandemia aceleró el empleo de tecnologías digitales, observándose un impacto significativo en el ámbito educativo; el propósito del estudio fue analizar los procesos que se dieron en la cultura digital, el impacto que tuvo tras la pandemia y su implicancia en la sociedad actual. En esa línea, se aplicó el análisis documental de artículos científicos de los últimos años y el método hermenéutico, por ser un método de interpretación de textos, quien estudia el proceso del ser humano en su conocimiento de la realidad. Se puede decir que la cultura digital en el ámbito educativo evoluciona favorablemente, logrando desarrollar creatividad y participación en los educandos, a través de la creación de contenidos como nuevas formas de aprendizaje online, considerando los riesgos que se puedan presentar por su uso sin supervisión. En conclusión, la pandemia preparo el terreno para el desarrollo de una cultura digital con nuevos valores y comportamientos en los educandos e innovación en la preparación de docentes.

To this end, a documentary analysis of scientific articles from recent years was carried out, using the hermeneutic method, which is a method of text interpretation that studies the human process of understanding reality. It can be said that digital culture in the field of education is evolving favorably, managing to develop creativity and participation in students through the creation of content such as new forms of online learning, considering the risks that may arise from its unsupervised use. In conclusion, the pandemic paved the way for the development of a digital culture with new values and behaviors in students and innovation in teacher training.
