Abstract
La autoevaluación docente involucra evidenciar el logro del desarrollo profesional docente de manera continua. Una adecuada autoevaluación docente logrará la calidad educativa y las oportunidades para optimizar el aprendizaje. El estudio tuvo como objetivo describir la autoevaluación docente en la educación básica de manera integral actualizada e innovadora por medio del análisis y síntesis de investigaciones actuales. El método de estudio se desarrolló a través de una revisión sistemática donde se evidenció el aporte de los enfoques pedagógicos centrados es optimizar la calidad educativa. Es así que se analizaron 25 artículos publicadas entre el 2019 al 2024 procedentes de la base de datos de Scopus, SciELO y Redalyc. Como resultado se pudo identificar que identificación de las capacidades pedagógicas esenciales de los docentes revela que la autoevaluación es fundamental para el desarrollo de una enseñanza reflexiva y centrada en el estudiante y los docentes que se autoevalúan tienden a asumir una mayor responsabilidad por su desarrollo profesional y la calidad de su enseñanza.

The study aimed to describe teacher self-assessment in basic education in a comprehensively updated and innovative way through the analysis and synthesis of current research. The study method was developed through a systematic review where the contribution of pedagogical approaches focused on optimizing educational quality was evidenced. Thus, 25 articles published between 2019 and 2024 from the Scopus, SciELO and Redalyc database were analyzed. As a result, it was possible to identify that the identification of the essential pedagogical capacities of teachers reveals that self-assessment is essential for the development of reflective and student-centered teaching and teachers who self-evaluate tend to assume greater responsibility for their professional development and the quality of your teaching.
