Abstract
In Bolivia, metalmechanic companies carry out practices without knowing that this is what international standards ask for. This may allow them to collaborate with the fulfillment of the Bolivia 2025 Patriotic Agenda proposed by the president in 2013. The objective is to analyze the requirements of the standads and information that these companies have to determine the degree of compliance. The method applied was the analysis of standards surveys, with an exploratory investigation and a cross-sectional descriptive study in a group of companies of the trunk axis in Bolivia. The results show that these companies comply more with the documentation required by the Quality standard than those of Safety, Environmental and Social Responsibility.
