Abstract
RESUMEN: Cuando el objeto del proceso consista en el estudio de la lesión directa de un derecho fundamental de carácter sustantivo, como es el caso del derecho al honor o a la intimidad, que tenga su origen en un acto de particulares, la interposición del recurso de amparo no requiere el previo planteamiento del incidente de nulidad de actuaciones.
