Abstract
RESUMEN: El propósito de este artículo consiste en ubicar al lector sobre las características del derecho de familia en México, a partir de la incorporación del principio del interés superior del menor, para adentrarnos en la experiencia de este tema en la vida socio-jurídica en el país hasta detenernos en un análisis jurídico serio de la reproducción asistida en el único CC que la menciona, así como en las propuestas legislativas que existen al respecto.
ABSTRACT:The purpose of this article ¡s to place the reader on the characteristics of family law ¡n México, from the incorporation of the principie of the best interests of the child, to enter into the experience of this issue ¡n the socio-legal the country to stop a serious legal analysis of assisted reproduction ¡n the only Civil Code mentions, as well as legislative proposals that exist ¡n this regard.
