Análisis comparativo de las bases de la educación boliviana en las reformas educativas de 1955, 1973 y 1994

Abstract

El presente artículo explicita, cómo ha expresado el Estado boliviano las bases fundamentales de educación en las Reformas Educativas de la segunda mitad del Siglo XX. El objetivo es analizar jurídicamente las bases de la educación boliviana, describir las diferencias, similitudes, evolución y retrocesos que se ocasionaron durante los periodos estudiados. Conceptualmente, se sustenta en los autores Villegas (2005) y González (2006-2008). Para examinar las diferentes fases históricas, se utilizó el método histórico-lógico, comparativo y correlacional, la información se analizó mediante una de las técnicas de investigación cualitativa denominado el análisis de contenido. En resumen, el reporte expone la evolución y los retrocesos de las bases fundamentales de la educación boliviana suscitadas en cada una de las Reformas Educativas de 1955, 1973 y 1994.The present article explains how the Bolivian State has expressed the fundamental bases of education in the Educational Reforms of the second half of the 20th century.
