La política exterior de Evo Morales
Abstract
Desde el ascenso al poder del presidente Evo Morales (2006), la política exterior boliviana sufrió un giro en su tradicional fórmula de internacionalización. Si antes existía una suerte de sumisión, desde Evo la posición fue más bien de autodeterminación. El origen indígena del presidente y los lazos construidos con Venezuela imprimieron un sello distintivo a su conducción, permitiendo posicionar a Bolivia en el concierto mundial.
Since the rise to power of President Evo Morales (2006), Bolivian foreign policy suffered a spin on their traditional formula of internationalization. Where once there was a sort of submission, from Evo the position was rather self-determination. The President indigenous origin and the links built with Venezuela printed a hallmark ofhis leadership, allowing Bolivia position on the world scenary.
