RESUMEN: El presente artículo analiza la institución arbitral del CIADI desde un punto de vista estructural.Así, se estudia su origen, función, composición y jurisdicción, haciendo hincapié en las características y el procedimiento arbitral que en dicha institución tiene lugar.
