Abstract
RESUMEN: El consentimiento prestado por una persona con discapacidad para aparecer en un programa televisivo de carácter humorístico, que ridiculiza sus deficiencias, ha de reputarse nulo, aunque la incapacidad no haya sido declarada judicialmente. Por consiguiente, la emisión de dichas imágenes constituye una vulneración de sus derechos al honor y a la propia imagen.
ABSTRACT:The consent of a disabled person in order to appear in a humoristicTV program, in which his disabilities are an object of joke, has to be considered invalid.Therefore, this TV broadcast constitutes an infringement of the rights to honor and self-image.
