ANEMPATÍA SELECTIVA: UN NUEVO CONCEPTO EN SALUD MENTAL

Abstract
O objetivo do presente estudo é refletir sobre a teoria conhecida até agora em relação ao que denominamos "Anempatia Seletiva". É um conceito completamente novo no campo da saúde mental, que deve ser claramente diferenciado da Psicopatia Integrada ou Subclínica e que faz referência basicamente a ausência de empatia no relacionamento interpessoal próximo, porém é seletiva devido a que consegue sentir empatia em situações ou com pessoas determinadas. MÉTODOS. A coleta de dados se realizou de fevereiro a setembro de 2016 com 182 pessoas entre 18 e 45 anos, dos quais 124 eram mulheres e 58 homens. O instrumento diagnóstico foi a entrevista clínica. RESULTADOS. Se define no presente artículo o conceito de anempatia, etiologia, classificação e porcentagens de casos de acordo as categorias de anempatia encontrados. CONCLUSÕES. O conceito de Anempatia Seletiva permite compreender de outra forma os relacionamentos interpessoais próximos, oferecendo outro marco teórico e novas pautas para intervenção em psicoterapia.

It is a completely new concept in the field of mental health, which must be clearly differentiated from the integrated or subclinical psychopathy and refers basically to the absence of empathy in the close interpersonal relationship, however, it is selective because it does feel empathy in situations or with certain people.
