Gestión de la convivencia escolar: Una revisión sistemática

Abstract
La convivencia escolar es un fenómeno complejo en el ámbito socioeducativo, el cual se ve gravemente afectado por el crecimiento de comportamientos violentos que inciden negativamente en aprendizaje. El objetivo del estudio fue analizar la gestión de la convivencia en el entorno escolar, identificando categorías temáticas clave y sus aportes para comprender cómo la gestión de la convivencia influye en la calidad educativa. Metodológicamente se realizó una revisión sistemática, siguiendo los postulados de la declaración PRISMA, fijando como criterios de inclusión: a) artículos referidos a la gestión de la convivencia escolar, b) relacionados con diversos aspectos a la convivencia escolar, c) artículos presentando experiencias en gestión de convivencia en Latinoamérica, lo que permitió la selección de 44 documentos, recuperados de los motores de búsqueda SciELO, Scopus, Redalyc y Google Scholar. En conclusión, la gestión escolar desempeña un papel crucial en la promoción de una convivencia escolar saludable.
School coexistence is a complex phenomenon in the socio-educational sphere, which is seriously affected by the growth of violent behaviors that negatively impact learning. The objective of the study was to analyze the management of coexistence in the school environment, identifying key thematic categories and their contributions to understanding how the management of coexistence influences educational quality.
