Abstract
First, a comprehensive, historical review of the form of organization, operation and evolution of the family that has been influenced by bio-psycho-social factors of human behavior, scientific and environmental dynamism is performed. These aspects have repercussion in the laws of various countries that have managed to adapt to the demands of their people in the field of Family Law. In Venezuela there have been progress in these areas but have been left out studies to measure the ethical and moral impact on our population and the need to regulate the standards of marriages, unions, adoption and assisted reproduction law change samesex couples. Anonymously composed of gay families are already established in our society who through a slow and discreet struggle have managed to occupy some reduced acceptance spaces and want through some representative organizations to achieve its final inclusion in the community without discrimination on sexual orientation with a view to future reform of the Venezuelan Civil Code and other laws that include all these aspects; become clear aspirations of this part of the Venezuelan population. This documentarydescriptive research allowed to help answer questions for the and perhaps highlight the emergence of new legal forms of social character in family matters.
