Ética en el uso de datos masivos (Big Data) en la administración empresarial

Abstract
En la era digital, el Big Data se ha posicionado como un activo estratégico para las empresas, aunque su masivo procesamiento plantea dilemas éticos. Este estudio exploratorio-explicativo, con enfoque mixto, examinó la relación entre la gestión del talento humano, la satisfacción laboral y el compromiso organizacional en cooperativas de ahorro y crédito. A través de una revisión sistemática de literatura (2015-2023) en bases de datos como Scopus y Web of Science, y entrevistas a 18 especialistas en ética digital, compliance y gestión de datos, se identificaron principios éticos críticos, brechas regulatorias y prácticas corporativas efectivas en el manejo de Big Data. Los resultados muestran una correlación positiva significativa entre estas variables, sugiriendo que mejorar la gestión del talento humano puede aumentar la satisfacción y el compromiso laboral. En conclusión, se destaca la necesidad de marcos regulatorios robustos y una cultura organizacional centrada en la rendición de cuentas para aprovechar las oportunidades del Big Data, minimizando sus riesgos sociales.
In the digital age, Big Data has positioned itself as a strategic asset for companies, although its massive processing poses ethical dilemmas. This exploratory-explanatory mixed-approach study examined the relationship between human talent management, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment in credit unions. Through a systematic literature review (2015-2023) in databases such as Scopus and Web of Science, and interviews with 18 specialists in digital ethics, compliance, and data management, critical ethical principles, regulatory gaps, and effective corporate practices in Big Data management were identified. The results show a significant positive correlation between these variables, suggesting that improving human talent management can increase job satisfaction and commitment. In conclusion, the need for robust regulatory frameworks and an accountability-focused organizational culture is highlight to take advantage of the opportunities offered by Big Data while minimizing its social risks.
