Abstract

The author offers an analysis of how it has evolved the process of representation in thepolitical system in Bolivia. Is considered a major cause for consider that there are movestowards inclusion; it is that a large indigenous sectors has been aware and militant to enddiscriminatory behaviors in everyday action. Related with this, it is important to observethe demand of broad sectors of Bolivian society to form and draft a new Constitutional Act.
