Abstract
RESUMEN: El mioma cervical exteriorizado asociado a embarazo es una patología rara de presentación. La afectación dependerá de la localización de la miomatosis y las dimensiones de la misma. Aunque no se conoce exactamente el crecimiento de esta patología durante el embarazo, los miomas aumentan la morbilidad durante la gravidez, tanto para la madre como para el producto. El objetivo de este presente artículo es exponer el caso de embarazo de 16.3 sem, amenaza de aborto y mioma cervical exteriorizado a vagina tratado por miomectomía previa morcelación en cuña, Diagnosticada y tratada en el Servicio de Ginecología, de Hospital de la Mujer Tercer Nivel de Atención La Paz-Bolivia en una paciente Femenina de 33 años, que tras acudir al servicio de emergencias y realizar revisión y estudios complementarios se llega al Diagnostico mencionado. En la literatura nacional e internacional, tras la revisión sistemática, no se encontró varios escritos sobre esta entidad, siento esta una manera de iniciar el levantamiento casuístico de esta variedad poco frecuente de patología ginecoobstetrica, a su vez, ampliar conocimientos no solo teóricos- prácticos, sino medios de terapéutico clínico-quirúrgico experimental empleada basada en la evidencia, asi evaluando los resultados y repercusiones a largo plazo.

Attention La Paz-Bolivia in a 33-year- old female patient, who after going to the emergency service and carrying out a review and complementary studies, reached the aforementioned Diagnosis. In the national and international literature, after the systematic review, several writings about this entity were not found, I feel this is a way to begin the case study of this rare variety of gynecological-obstetric pathology, in turn, expand knowledge not only theoretical-practical. , but rather means of experimental clinical-surgical therapeutics used based on evidence, thus evaluating the results and long-term repercussions.
