Recursos culturales y naturales potencial de una ruta turística gastronómica

Abstract
Los recursos naturales son elementos de la naturaleza que el ser humano aprovecha para satisfacer sus necesidades en concordancia con los recursos culturales en donde si ha intervenido la mano del hombre desde lo histórico, contemporáneo comercial y no comercial, que complementan el potencial de una ruta turística gastronómica, como herramienta de planificación y desarrollo en función de un producto o de un rasgo característico que es capaz de interesar e incentivar el consumo de un elemento que se da en abundancia. El objetivo de este proyecto es identificar estos recursos mediante un inventario y determinación de las actividades a desarrollar para el diseño de la ruta turística gastronómica de la ciudad de Jipijapa. Su metodología desde un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo permitió reforzar la recolección de datos y generalizar los resultados encontrados en cuanto a los recursos naturales y culturales apoyada en la técnica de observación para percibir de manera directa el estado actual del lugar investigado.
Natural resources are elements of nature that human beings take advantage of to satisfy their needs in accordance with cultural resources where the hand of man has intervened from the historical, contemporary commercial and non-commercial, which complement the potential of a tourist route gastronomic, as a planning and development tool based on a product or a characteristic feature that is capable of attracting and encouraging the consumption of an element that is abundant. The objective of this project is to identify these resources through an inventory and determination of the activities to be developed for the design of the gastronomic tourist route of the city of Jipijapa. Its methodology from a qualitative and quantitative approach made it possible to reinforce the data collection and generalize the results found in terms of natural and cultural resources supported by the observation technique to directly perceive the current state of the place investigated.
