Gestión pública educativa en los procesos de tutoría integral en Perú

Abstract
La gestión pública educativa es crucial para la modernización de la a--dministración pública. Este estudio examinó la influencia de la gestión pública educativa en los procesos de tutoría integral. La investigación, de enfoque cuantitativo, analizó las variables de gestión pública educativa y procesos de tutoría integral. Se aplicó un cuestionario a 18 gestores públicos y se utilizó el software estadístico SPSS versión 26 para el análisis de datos. Los resultados revelaron una relación positiva significativa entre la gestión pública educativa en sus cuatro dimensiones (estratégica, administrativa, pedagógica y comunitaria) y el proceso de tutoría integral. Se sugiere la implementación de procesos de tutoría integral respaldados por políticas educativas, así como la modernización de la gestión pública educativa mediante el uso de herramientas que promuevan el bienestar estudiantil y generen un impacto positivo en el desarrollo social y nacional.
