Abstract
El artículo examina el proceso de construcción discursiva de las identidades políticas en un conjunto de alocuciones del ex Presidente Evo Morales entre los años 2006 y 2016. Tiene base metodológica en las concepciones del análisis crítico del discurso y la semiosis social. Da cuenta de la matriz organizadora y los componentes de ese proceso discursivo, así como de los efectos de sentido que implicó. Concluye con el señalamiento de algunas características, potencialidades y limitaciones de la discursividad desplegada por Morales, principal enunciador del Movimiento al Socialismo.
This article examines the process of discursive construction of political identities in a set of addresses by former President Evo Morales between 2006 and 2016. Their methodological basis rests on the conceptions of critical discourse analysis and social semiosis. It provides an account of the organizing matrix and the components of the discursive process, as well as the effects of implied meaning. It concludes by identifying some characteristics, potentialities and limits of the discursiveness displayed by Morales, the main enunciator of the Movimiento al Socialismo.
