| dc.description.abstract | The conceptualization and revision of Latin American regionalism tends to appear in waves that alternate periods of high strategic consideration with periods of criticism of its inefficiency. This article presents a pattern of Latin American regionalism that bases the changes in its development and perception. Analyze the Central American case as an example of a process that avoids this volatile and unstable pattern of Latin American regionalism, despite the less strategic relevance of their countries. | |
