El Kairós del regionalismo latinoamericano y la integración centroamericana
Abstract
The conceptualization and revision of Latin American regionalism tends to appear in waves that alternate periods of high strategic consideration with periods of criticism of its inefficiency. This article presents a pattern of Latin American regionalism that bases the changes in its development and perception. Analyze the Central American case as an example of a process that avoids this volatile and unstable pattern of Latin American regionalism, despite the less strategic relevance of their countries.
