Database for comparison between Hybrid Capture and PCR techniques for HPV-HR detection

Abstract

This database displays the results from the HPV-HR detection with the gold standard technique Hybrid Capture 2 (HC2) and different PCR-based techniques. These results are compared in order to determine the degree of agreement between theses techniques.
