Abstract
La integración de la inteligencia artificial en las políticas universitarias involucra una incorporación en la formulación y ejecución de estrategias educativas y administrativas para mejorar la eficiencia en la gestión. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la integración de la inteligencia artificial en el desarrollo de las políticas universitarias. El enfoque metodológico es cualitativo, mediante una revisión sistemática de la literatura bajo lineamientos del método Prisma 2020. Se utilizaron operadores booleanos AND OR, en tres bases de datos Scopus, Scielo y Latindex, obteniendo un total de 388 artículos. El periodo seleccionado (2020-2025). Tras la aplicación de criterios de elegibilidad fueron seleccionados 13 artículos. Como resultado la IA permite mejorar la eficacia y la personalización educativa; sin embargo, tiene desafíos éticos y riesgo de sesgos. Se concluye que implementar efectivamente la IA, requiere superar desafíos éticos, formativos y estructurales, como la falta de capacitación docente, la ausencia de políticas claras y la persistente brecha digital limitan su impacto positivo.

After applying eligibility criteria, 13 articles were selected. As a result, AI allows for improved educational effectiveness and personalization; however, it presents ethical challenges and a risk of bias. It is concluded that effectively implementing AI requires overcoming ethical, educational, and structural challenges, such as the lack of teacher training, the absence of clear policies, and the persistent digital divide, which limit its positive impact.
