Abstract

The research is part of the qualitative approach, using case studies to understand their experiences, attitudes and opinions about street sexual harassment. The research concludes that young women in Puno considered that sexual harassment street is a problem rendered invisible by society and that verbal, expressive and physical manifestations practiced in public places for any man not "gallantry" and treated acts caused by men to show their power over women, regardless of the negative effects it has on the self-esteem of women victims of this social problem.
