Abstract
La investigación analiza la influencia de la gestión del talento humano en el desarrollo de competencias en oficiales y suboficiales del Ejército Peruano especializados en operaciones anfibias. El objetivo es determinar cómo las dimensiones de planeamiento y selección, capacitación y desarrollo profesional, y retención y motivación impactan en competencias técnicas, físicas, cognitivas y actitudinales. Con enfoque explicativo, diseño no experimental y metodología cuantitativa, se aplicaron encuestas a una muestra de 40 participantes. Los resultados indican un avance significativo en la capacitación profesional y competencias técnicas, mientras que el planeamiento del talento y la motivación presentan áreas de mejora. Se concluye que una gestión estratégica y adaptativa del talento humano es fundamental para fortalecer las capacidades tácticas y operativas en contextos extremos. El estudio aporta evidencias relevantes para optimizar la formación militar y plantea recomendaciones para futuras investigaciones en el ámbito de defensa.
This research examines the impact of talent management on competence development among officers and non-commissioned officers in the Peruvian Army specialized in amphibious operations. The study aims to evaluate how planning and selection, professional development and training, and retention and motivation influence technical, physical, cognitive, and attitudinal competencies. Employing an explanatory approach, non-experimental design, and quantitative methodology, surveys were conducted with a sample of 40 participants. Results reveal significant progress in professional development and technical competencies, while areas like talent planning and motivation require further enhancement. The study concludes that a strategic and adaptive approach to talent management is vital for strengthening tactical and operational capabilities in challenging environments. This research provides valuable insights into optimizing military training and presents recommendations for future studies in the defense sector.
