Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la influencia de la intención emprendedora en las competencias para el emprendimiento de los estudiantes de administración. El enfoque metodológico fue cuantitativo, con un diseño de estudio básico, de tipo no experimental, transversal y correlacional causal. La población de estudio estuvo compuesta por 182 alumnos, de los cuales se seleccionó una muestra de 123 estudiantes del cuarto año de la carrera de administración mediante un muestreo no probabilístico intencional. Para la recolección de datos, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y se aplicaron cuestionarios como instrumento de investigación. Los resultados del estudio indicaron que la intención emprendedora ejerce una influencia significativa en las competencias para el emprendimiento de los estudiantes de administración. Se destacó que la intención emprendedora tiene una influencia del 56% en el desarrollo de las competencias para el emprendimiento en este grupo estudiantil.
The main objective of the research was to determine the influence of entrepreneurial intention on the entrepreneurship competencies of management students. The methodological approach was quantitative, with a basic study design, non-experimental, cross-sectional and causal correlational. The study population was made up of 182 students, of which a sample of 123 students from the fourth year of the administration degree was selected through intentional non-probabilistic sampling. For data collection, the survey technique was used and questionnaires were applied as a research instrument. The results of the study indicated that entrepreneurial intention exerts a significant influence on the entrepreneurship competencies of management students. It was highlighted that entrepreneurial intention has a 56% influence on the development of entrepreneurship skills in this student group.
