Abstract
El momento histórico que toca vivir a nuestro país, posiciona a la reflexión de las ciencias sociales en el centro de debates fundamentales en la relectura de procesos sociales y políticos que han decantado en una suerte de polarización en relación a como pensarnos como país y como sociedad, una de las vertientes fundamentales de estas polarizaciones tiene que ver con las construcciones discursivas en torno al desarrollo. Este proceso se define en dos sentidos, la construcción histórica del discurso y la re significación cotidiana de los conceptos que hacen a esos discursos.
The historical moment that live in our country, positions the reflection of the social sciences in the center of debates on fundamental reinterpretation of social and political processes that have opted into a kind of polarization as compared to think of ourselves as a country and society one of the fundamental aspects of these polarizations is about discursive constructions around the development. This process is defined in two ways, the historical construction of discourse and re everyday meaning of the concepts that make these speeches.
