LECTURAS EN TIEMPOS DE PANDEMIA COMUNICACIÓN, ENCIERROS Y TRANSFORMACIONES SOCIOCULTURALES
Abstract
El contexto de la Pandemia del COVID -19 cambió el mundo y el modo de vivir en este mundo. El Foro Regional organizado por ABOIC y apoyado por el CPCS desde Tarija se desarrolló en una relación de puesta en común sobre las visiones respecto a la dura realidad que tuvo la Pandemia en Tarija. La Pandemia desnudó muchas circunstancias adversas en el entorno social en los países alrededor del mundo. Tarija no fue la excepción, al sur de Bolivia, las historias de mujeres, niños, niñas y personas de la tercera edad enfrentaron el confinamiento, aislamiento y todas las demás condiciones que exigió la expansión del contagio del COVID-19. Esta realidad se recupera en los tres enfoques generados para el análisis: • Formas de comunicación comunitaria y ciudadana en la región chaqueña • Transformaciones socioculturales en Tarija durante la Pandemia • Cuarentena como encierro. Violencias y miedos cotidianos
The context of the COVID-19 Pandemic changed the world and the way of living in this world. The Regional Forum organized by ABOIC and supported by the CPCS from Tarija was developed in a relationship of sharing about the visions regarding the harsh reality that the Pandemic had in Tarija. The Pandemic exposed many adverse circumstances in the social environment in countries around the world. Tarija was no exception, in southern Bolivia, the stories of women, children, and the elderly faced confinement, isolation and all the other conditions that the spread of the COVID-19 contagion demanded. This reality is recovered in the three approaches generated for the analysis: • Forms of community and citizen communication in the Chaco region • Sociocultural transformations in Tarija during the Pandemic • Quarantine as confinement.
