Fortalecimiento de valores interculturales mediante juegos ancestrales en universitarios de una universidad peruana

Abstract
Los juegos ancestrales son una herencia sociocultural de los pueblos originarios del Perú y se utilizan como recursos para desarrollar componentes efectivos, psicológicos y socioculturales, además de fortalecer la identidad cultural. Este estudio, realizado con 35 estudiantes de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad Nacional Intercultural de la Selva Central Juan Santos Atahualpa, tuvo como objetivo analizar cómo la práctica de estos juegos influye en el fortalecimiento de valores interculturales. Se utilizó un diseño preexperimental con un cuestionario tipo Likert para la recolección de datos antes y después de ocho sesiones de juegos. Los resultados estadísticos muestran un aumento significativo en la identidad personal, comunicación intercultural y valores sociales, concluyendo que la integración de juegos ancestrales en la educación superior favorece la preservación cultural y el desarrollo de competencias sociales y ético-morales.
Ancestral games are a sociocultural heritage of the indigenous peoples of Peru and are used as resources to develop effective, psychological, and sociocultural components, as well as to strengthen cultural identity. A pre-experimental design was used with a Likert-type questionnaire for data collection before and after eight sessions of games. Statistical results show a significant increase in personal identity, intercultural communication, and social values, concluding that the integration of ancestral games in higher education promotes cultural preservation and the development of social and ethical-moral competencies.
