dc.description.abstract"As a part of a study on the content of antioxidants and phenolic compounds in Bolivian foods, a rapid high performance liquid chromatographic method using a reversed-phase column and a diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) method was established. It was used for the determination of phenolic compounds in foods and a good resolution of different standard compounds was achieved."
