Responsabilidad social y su efecto en la productividad de las industrias: revisión sistemática

Abstract

La responsabilidad social se ha estudiado en diferentes tipos de empresas, pero sus efectos en la productividad de las industrias continúan siendo una praxis por comprender. El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar críticamente la literatura existente para determinar el efecto de la responsabilidad social en la productividad de las industrias. La revisión sistemática se utilizó el método PRISMA. La fuente de información fue la base de datos SCOPUS. Los operadores boleanos fueron AND, OR y NOT. El número total de estudios hallados fueron 65, de los cuales se seleccionaron 41 artículos, eligiéndose 14 artículos de Estados Unidos, Taiwan, Polonia, Arabia Saudita, Italia, Australia e Irlanda. Según los resultados, la responsabilidad social empresarial tiene efectos positivos en la productividad industrial. Los colaboradores se sienten más motivados, trabajan mejor y se quedan más tiempo en la empresa.Social responsibility has been studied in different types of companies, but its effects on the productivity of industries remain a praxis to be understood. The aim of the study was to critically evaluate the existing literature to determine the effect of social responsibility on the productivity of industries. The systematic review used the PRISMA method. The source of information was the SCOPUS database. The Boolean operators were AND, OR and NOT. The total number of studies found was 65, from which 41 articles were selected, with 14 articles from the United States, Taiwan, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Australia and Ireland. According to the results, corporate social responsibility has positive effects on industrial productivity. Employees feel more motivated, work better and stay longer in the company.
