Abstract
En el contexto universitario, el estrés académico, es una respuesta común a las múltiples demandas, puede ser tanto activador como perjudicial para el rendimiento. Este estudio, a través de una revisión sistemática que abordó 24 estudios, buscó identificar los factores que inciden en el estrés académico de estudiantes universitarios. Se destacó la complejidad multidimensional de estos factores, agravada por eventos extraordinarios como la pandemia de COVID-19. La investigación concluyó que la interacción de estos elementos no solo impacta el rendimiento académico sino también la salud mental de los estudiantes. Este análisis resalta la necesidad de estrategias efectivas para gestionar y mitigar el estrés académico en entornos universitarios.
