Impacto del liderazgo transformacional en entornos educativos: revisión sistemática de las prácticas y resultados

Abstract
El liderazgo transformacional se ha posicionado como un factor clave para mejorar el desempeño docente y la cultura organizacional en instituciones educativas. Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar cómo este estilo de liderazgo impacta en la motivación, desarrollo profesional y satisfacción laboral del personal docente. Para ello, se realizó una revisión sistemática siguiendo el protocolo PRISMA, incluyendo artículos publicados entre 2020 y 2024 en bases de datos internacionales. Los criterios de inclusión consideraron estudios empíricos, en español o inglés, enfocados en educación y liderazgo. Se excluyeron trabajos no arbitrados y fuera del tema. De un total de 640 artículos iniciales, se seleccionaron 13 investigaciones relevantes. Los resultados muestran que el liderazgo transformacional fomenta entornos educativos más dinámicos, mejora la colaboración docente y eleva el compromiso institucional. Se concluye que su implementación contribuye significativamente al fortalecimiento del desempeño docente y a la mejora continua en la calidad educativa.
