Abstract
Se presenta el caso clínico de un lactante de 8 meses de edad quien fue atendido en el Hospital del Niño "Dr. Ovidio Aliaga Uría" por un síndrome de inmunodeficiencia humana (SIDA) y actualmente se encuentra con tratamiento antiretroviral.
