COLELITIASIS EN PACIENTE CON SITUS INVERSUS TOTALIS SOMETIDA A COLECISTECTOMIA

Abstract

El presente es un reporte del caso de una paciente de 59 años, portadora de colelitiasis, además de situs inversus totalis, resuelto por colecistectomia en el Hospital Obrero N° 2 de la Caja Nacional de Salud, regional Cochabamba. La Paciente de 59 años de edad, cuyo cuadro tiene un año de evolución-con dolor tipo cólico en epigastrio e hipocondrio izquierdo, acentuado con ingesta de comidas grasas, no ictericia, no baja de peso, cuatro crisis en el año. Reporte de ecografía abdominal confirma la colelitiasis, además del situs inversus totalis, los exámenes de laboratorio dentro parámetros normales (hemograma, orina, pruebas de función hepáticas); rayos X de tórax: dextrocardia; ECG ondas T aplanadas aparente trastorno en la repolarización. Antecedentes de diabetes en tratamiento, hernioplastia umbilical con prótesis.The present it's a case report case of a patient of 59 years old, with colelitiasis carrier, in addition to situs inversus totalis, solved by colecistectomia, in the Working Hospital N° 2 of the National Box of Health, regional Cochabamba.The patient of 59 years of age, whose picture before begins a year with pain left colic type in epigastric and hipochondrio, accentuated with ingestión of greasy meals, nonictericia, nonlow of weight, four crises in the year. Report of abdominal ecografía confirms the colelitiasis, in addition to situs inversus totalis, the laboratory examinations inside normal parameters (hemograma, tinkles, hepáticas tests of function); thorax x-ray: dextrocardia; ECG waves T flattened apparent upheaval in the repolarización.
