Inteligencia artificial en la educación socioemocional: estrategias de desarrollo personal y profesional en el marco de políticas públicas y calidad del servicio educativo

Abstract
La Inteligencia Artificial ha sido evaluada en diversos campos por su impacto al ser empleado en plataformas de aprendizaje, pero en especial hacia la educación socioemocional. El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar fuentes de información para entender el impacto de la de la inteligencia artificial en la educación socioemocional como estrategias de desarrollo personal y profesional en el marco de políticas públicas y calidad del servicio educativo en una Revisión Sistemática con el método PRISMA. La fuente de información usada fue Scopus, y con el operador booleano AND se hallaron 2577 artículos, donde se seleccionaron 80 de ellos provenientes de Estados Unidos, China, España, Alemania, Australia, Arabia Saudita, Reino Unido y varios países más. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos, el uso de la Inteligencia Artificial en la educación socioemocional es segura cuando los humanos la usan como una herramienta de aprendizaje y los sistemas no son autónomos por el momento.
