Abstract
Implementando una estrategia de sobrevivencia propuesta para una empresa manufacturera (caso de estudio), se demuestra la relevancia de la cultura organizacional con enfoque en el desarrollo del capital intelectual como premisa para aumentar su desempeño. Además, se comparte el diseño de un modelo y su instrumentación para transitar desde un estado de dependencia hacia la interdependencia, facilitando más flexibilidad en las operaciones, mayor productividad y eficiencia, acelerando la innovación y el desarrollo de proyectos para mejorar productos y procesos. Finalmente, se diseñó un tablero de control como mecanismo para evidenciar el logro de metas.
Implementing a survival strategy proposed for a manufacturing company (case study), the relevance of the organizational culture with a focus on the development of intellectual capital as a premise to increase its performance is demonstrated. In addition, the design of a model and its instrumentation is shared to move from a state of dependence to interdependence, facilitating more flexibility in operations, greater productivity and efficiency, accelerating innovation and the development of projects to improve products and processes. Finally, a control board was designed as a mechanism to demonstrate the achievement of goals.
