Pensamiento crítico en estudiantes de fisioterapia

Abstract
El estudiante de fisioterapia necesita tener claro la intervención basado en el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico, una concepción racional para analizar, evaluar, inferir, explicar y autorregular. El objetivo fue identificar el nivel del pensamiento crítico en los estudiantes de los últimos años de una universidad privada. La metodología fue por medio de la Investigación cuantitativo, descriptivo, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal, en 189 estudiantes de los 2 últimos años, se aplicó el instrumento Cuestionario de Competencias genéricas Individuales adaptado para los fisioterapeutas, que mide la autopercepción del pensamiento crítico en estudiantes de salud y cuenta con 3 dimensiones. Como resultados se encontró, pensamiento crítico de nivel medio 60,6%; siendo predominante la dimensión asociada al juicio de una situación específica con el 52,7%. Concluyéndose que alcanza un nivel medio del pensamiento crítico y la dimensión asociada al juicio de una situación específica refiere que tiene la capacidad de utilizar estrategias deductivas e inductivas.
The physical therapy student needs to be clear about the intervention based on the development of critical thinking, a rational conception to analyze, evaluate, infer, explain and self-regulate. The objective was to identify the level of critical thinking in students of the last years of a private university.
