Abstract

This article presents a reflection on the essential aspects to consider in higher education for the digital society, taking into account the pedagogical, technological and social competences that universities should promote to meet the current requirements to educate the learner of the new millennium. A research proposal will be developed, emerging from the analysis of educational reengineering methodology, in order to contribute to higher education institutions and the digital society.
