Cohesión grupal en educación física de estudiantes: Revisión sistemática

Abstract
La cohesión grupal en el contexto de la educación física estudiantil se ha identificado como un factor determinante en el desarrollo integral de los jóvenes. El objetivo del estudio fue identificar las implicancias de la cohesión de grupo de educación física en estudiantes de Perú. Se empleó el método de revisión sistemática de la literatura siguiendo directrices de la declaración PRISMA. Para la recuperación de información, se tomó en cuenta los criterios de inclusión, se seleccionaron artículos publicados del 2021 al 2025, se incluyeron 22 artículos. Los resultados revelan que la cohesión grupal desempeña un papel fundamental en la educación física, influyendo en diversos aspectos del desarrollo de los estudiantes. Concluyendo que la cohesión de grupo presenta impacto positivo en estudiantes, favorece la integración social y el desarrollo personal, fomenta valores sociales esenciales como la igualdad de género y la colaboración, reforzando el papel de la educación física en la formación integral de los estudiantes.
Group cohesion in the context of student physical education has been identified as a determining factor in the integral development of young people. The aim of the study was to identify the implications of physical education group cohesion in Peruvian students. The systematic literature review method was used following the guidelines of the PRISMA statement. The results reveal that group cohesion plays a fundamental role in physical education, influencing various aspects of student development. Concluding that group cohesion has a positive impact on students, favors social integration and personal development, promotes essential social values such as gender equality and collaboration, reinforcing the role of physical education in the integral formation of students.
