Innovación educativa y las competencias digitales en la educación universitaria

Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar la relación entre las competencias digitales y la innovación tecnológica en estudiantes universitarios. Para el efecto se procedió por el enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, nivel relacional trasversal. el recojo de los datos fue mediante cuestionarios validados, se aplicó a una muestra representativa de 150 estudiantes de educación universitaria. Los resultados revelaron una correlación significativa mediante el coeficiente de Rho de Spearman de 0,886, lo que indica una asociación robusta. Asimismo, se observaron relaciones relativamente fuertes entre el uso de herramientas digitales e innovación tecnológica, la seguridad y las competencias digitales, entre la comunicación y las habilidades digitales. En conclusión, existe buen nivel de concordancia entre las competencias digitales y las innovaciones tecnológicas, los hallazgos subrayan la importancia de fortalecer la alfabetización digital para maximizar el aprovechamiento de tecnologías innovadoras, en entornos académicos y profesionales.
The present study aims to identify the relationship between digital skills and technological innovation in university students. To this end, a quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a non-experimental design and a cross-sectional relational level. Data was collected using validated questionnaires, administered to a representative sample of 150 university students. The results revealed a significant correlation based on Spearman's rho coefficient of 0.886, indicating a robust association. Relatively strong relationships were also observed between the use of digital tools and technological innovation, as well as security and digital skills, and communication and digital skills. In conclusion, there is a good level of agreement between digital skills and technological innovation. The findings underscore the importance of strengthening digital literacy to maximize the use of innovative technologies in academic and professional settings.
