Locura y psicoanalisis, a propósito de Pierre Riviere, un parricida del siglo XIX
Abstract
El presente artículo tiene como propósito, analizar el discurso sobre la locura concerniente al sistema normativo encargado de gestionar la criminalidad en el siglo XIX. Se expone el caso del parricida Pierre Riviére y con ello, las vicisitudes que acompañaron el proceso judicial, tendientes a la declaratoria de su responsabilidad criminal. Por último, y bajo una orientación psicoanalítica se realizará la lectura de las memorias escritas por el parricida, dando lugar a los motivos subjetivos que lo condujeron a cometer su crimen.
The purpose of this article is to analyze the speach of madness concerned to the normative system which is in charge of criminality management in the XIX century.The case of the parricide Pierre Riviére is exposed, as well as the vicissitudes that went with the trial, tending to the declaratory of his criminal guilty. Finally, the memories of the parricide are read accompanied of a psychoanalytic orientation, giving place to the subjective motives of your crime.
