Abordaje de la competencia lingüística de L2 (inglés) con cuentacuentos: adaptación didáctica desde el Podcasting y Tik-Tok

Abstract
Los retos encontrados en relación a la competencia lingüística del idioma inglés L2 en el nivel de educación primaria son cada vez mayores, esta investigación propone determinar la influencia del uso del cuentacuentos y podcasting adaptado a la narración de estilo Tik-Tok en la competencia lingüística de L2 (inglés básico). La investigación se realizó con 27 alumnos de sexto grado de una institución educativa del distrito de Comas, de la ciudad de Lima, país de Perú. El enfoque de la investigación es un estudio cuantitativo, se aplicó un diseño preexperimental, y se utilizó una prueba diagnóstica A1 de inglés para comparar las puntuaciones obtenidas en las dimensiones de fluidez lectora, comprensión auditiva y habilidades ortográficas. Los resultados mostraron mejoras significativas en las tres dimensiones evaluadas, revelando que los estudiantes incrementaron su nivel de dominio del idioma inglés. Se concluye que el uso didáctico de plataformas y formatos digitales como podcasting y Tik-Tok para desarrollar storytelling son eficaces para la enseñanza de la lengua inglesa en un contexto educativo.
The challenges encountered in relation to L2 English language proficiency at primary school level are increasing, this research proposes to determine the influence of the use of storytelling and podcasting adapted to Tik-Tok style storytelling on L2 (basic English) language proficiency. The research was conducted with 27 sixth grade students from an educational institution in the district of Comas, in the city of Lima, Peru. The research approach is a quantitative study, a preexperimental design was applied, and a diagnostic A1 English test was used to compare the scores obtained in the dimensions of reading fluency, listening comprehension and spelling skills. The results showed significant improvements in all three dimensions tested, revealing that students increased their level of English language proficiency. It is concluded that the didactic use of digital platforms and formats such as podcasting and Tik-Tok to develop storytelling are effective for English language teaching in an educational context.
