Flexible housing for the peri-urban neighborhoods of the city of Sucre

Abstract

The project "flexible housing for peri urban areas of the city of Sucre " focuses on providing solutions to the reflected functional space needs in the distribution of the indoor housing environments. The research team involved in identifying the suburbs of the urban area to understand and solve problems generated in the functional and spatial needs within the housing, proposing a solution enlargement or reduction of environments according to the present need for users , where users may adapt the functions of the environments to the functional needs to help reduce the cost of construction and the processing time leveraging the surface of the field as each passing year increases the cost of it. The proposal is focused on the development of prototype flexible housing that was achieved through the horizontal displacement of planes to operate them will zoom environments that require , for the same system that allows driving was used planes adjustable through the use of materials that meet the optimal conditions for the good life of its inhabitants.
