Hemangiomatosis múltiple con afectación visceral, a propósito de un caso

Abstract

Se relata el caso de un paciente de 3 meses de edad con hemangiomas cutáneos y viscerales, hepatomegalia, anemia y datos de insuficiencia cardiaca. Una vez realizados los exámenes complementarios se concluye con el diagnóstico de hemangiomatosis múltiple con afectación visceral. Se aprovecha el caso clínico para hacer una actualización del tema.It is described a three-months old infant with cutaneous and visceral hemangiomas, hepatomegalia, anemia and inadequate heart function. Once carried out the complemmentary tests we concluded with the diagnosis of multiple hemangiomatosis with visceral affectation. We take advantage of the clinical case to make an update of this sickness.
