Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo principal analizar la influencia de la responsabilidad social en las competencias empresariales de los estudiantes de administración. En cuanto a la metodología, se llevó a cabo un estudio de tipo básico, con un diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional causal. La población de estudio estuvo compuesta por un total de 182 estudiantes, de los cuales se seleccionó una muestra de 123 estudiantes de administración de una universidad pública de Lima Metropolitana. Para la recolección de datos, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento se empleó un cuestionario. Se determinó la confiabilidad mediante el coeficiente Alpha de Cronbach, obteniendo un resultado de 0.973 para la variable responsabilidad social y de 0.925 para la variable competencias empresariales, lo cual se interpretó como una alta fiabilidad de las variables. Los resultados del estudio señalaron que la responsabilidad social tiene una influencia significativa en las competencias empresariales de los estudiantes de administración, revelando que la responsabilidad social incide en un 77.8% en el desarrollo de dichas competencias en este grupo estudiantil.
The main objective of the research was to analyze the influence of social responsibility on the business skills of management students. Regarding the methodology, a basic type study was carried out, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional and causal correlational design. The study population was made up of a total of 182 students, from which a sample of 123 administration students from a public university in Metropolitan Lima was selected. For data collection, the survey technique was used and a questionnaire was used as an instrument.
