Relación entre el aprendizaje y ofimática en estudiantes de secundaria en Puno, Perú

Abstract

La relación entre el aprendizaje y las herramientas ofimáticas en estudiantes de secundaria es crucial, ya que mejora su rendimiento académico y habilidades digitales. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la relación del aprendizaje y el uso de herramienta ofimáticas en los estudiantes del tercer grado de secundaria de la Institución Educativa San Francisco de Asís, Puno durante el año 2024. Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo en una investigación exploratorio-descriptiva con un diseño transversal y no experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 40 alumnos seleccionados aleatoriamente. Los resultados indican que el 67.5% de los encuestados afirma utilizar herramientas ofimáticas con regularidad, lo que sugiere una mejora en sus habilidades técnicas. Se concluye que existe una relación significativa entre el dominio de herramientas ofimáticas y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Integrar estas competencias en el proceso educativo es esencial para potenciar su rendimiento académico.The relationship between learning and office tools in high school students is crucial, as it improves their academic performance and digital skills. The present research aims to analyze the relationship between learning and the use of office tools in third grade high school students at the San Francisco de Asís Educational Institution, Puno during the year 2024. A quantitative approach was used in an exploratory-descriptive research with a cross-sectional and non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 40 randomly selected students. The results indicate that 67.5% of respondents claim to use office tools regularly, suggesting an improvement in their technical skills. It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between mastery of office tools and student learning. Integrating these skills into the educational process is essential to enhance their academic performance.
